This is a very beautiful architect-designed villa located 400 m from Pinarello. The beaches, bars and restaurants, and the communal water sports pontoon are all within walking distance. The shops of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio are just 3 km away.
A major extension has been completed recently, with the architect completely redesigning the villa using quality materials and transforming the architecture to enhance the views. The décor is contemporary design with Le Corbusier and Noguchi furniture.
Large sliding glass doors allow you to extend the interior spaces onto the terraces, some of which are covered.
A gas plancha will enhance convivial meals with friends or family.
A carefully landscaped garden surrounds the numerous terraces of the villa, and the infinity pool allows you to fully appreciate the superb views of the Alta Rocca massif.
Outdoor living is one of the strong points of this villa, with a sense of well-being prevailing in the shade or sunshine, with the privilege of having no overlooking neighbours. Relaxation is also a priority with 4 sun loungers, 4 deckchairs and 2 Fatboy cushions.
A table tennis table will enhance your stay with great games amongst friends or family.
The living area of approximately 80 m² comprises a lounge dining room with an open fireplace, oak kitchen, and back kitchen with laundry room, a guest toilet with hand basin.
Access to the private area is via a lovely glazed and flowering patio: three bedrooms with full bathrooms and a master suite of 36 m² with double basins, bath, shower and dressing room.
As in a hotel, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large shower and toilet.
Parking is available for 1 vehicle at the top of the property under a covered shelter and 2 other vehicles lower down. An electric vehicle charging point is also available.
Pinarello Bay offers many possibilities, particularly for water sports, and is an interesting starting point for boat rentals.
You are also well positioned for all other activities such as discovering natural pools, mountain walks, notably the Bavella Peaks located less than an hour from the residence.
Other beautiful Corsican beaches, such as Saint-Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia are also easily accessible.
Our vision of ecotourism is also reflected in a desire not to force our holidaymakers to travel at weekends. You are therefore not required to book from Saturday to Saturday, nor for 7-day periods.
Travelling during the week has many advantages: there are fewer people on the roads and public transport, the price of plane or ferry tickets is significantly cheaper and we are under less pressure to welcome you by taking the time to listen to you.

He can also offer semi-rigid boats or small boats for hire with or without a skipper to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, the Lavezzi Islands or Bonifacio and its cliffs along the seaside.

-A Jewel Box of greenery, surrounded by Mediterranean plants with its long infinity pool overlooking the protected Natura 2000 area, preserved and wild with a breathtaking view of Alta Rocca.

Fantastic property, set in a way to offer lots of privacy and amazing views. It is walking distance to the beach, a small shop and several restaurants although I would recommend a car, we found it useful to travel to the southerly end of Pinarello beach plus to try out the many other beaches on that part of the coast. The property is very clean and well equipped and the host was responsive and very helpful, both offering advice before and during our trip. I would recommend without hesitation.

We had a great week at the Ecrin Villa. The house is full of lovely design and details, very comfy, clean and well-equipped. The pool was warm; we all enjoyed it a lot. The view to the mountains was great. The communication with Frederic from the Concierge Service was also very good. Thank you.

Great property with fantastic facilities especially the pool. Walkable to restaurants, boulongerie and beach.
The location of the property provides amazing views of the mountain especially good for sunsets.
Only down side is that there are quite a few steps up to the villa from the car and the parking area is quite tight for a large car.

This villa is lovely and well appointed with a modern minimal aesthetic. Perfectly suited for a large family with 4 bedrooms [one has 4 childrens beds] all with ensuite baths. Generous spaces, well appointed kitchen and laundry with separate prep kitchen. Gorgeous terrace with pool, dining, bbq, sun loungers and seating. Ample parking and a short 10 minute walk to the beach and town with charming restaurants. This would be ideal for a large relaxing family holiday.
My only criticism would be that it would be nice to provide pool or beach towels, dinner napkins, laundry soap and shampoo.
Additional dishwasher soap and toilet toilet paper would have been nice also. A few were provided but not enough for a one week stay. There are many large grocery stores a short drive away. It's a good idea to plan a shopping trip upon arrival.
Frédéric the manager was responsive and attentive.
