Summary:
This sweet, cottage-like house is the perfect place for a family vacation or getaway. The bedrooms are spacious with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and cooking and dining basics. There is close and convenient parking.
The Space:
Our guests let us know that they prefer their own private farmhouse with convenient parking, in a relaxed setting such as ours, instead of the big box experience at any hotel. Our property is private, and conveniently located one mile outside of the city of Columbia, Kentucky. Lindsey Wilson College, great fishing, watersports, hiking, and sight-seeing are all minutes from our location. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting space for a memorable experience.

Parking is free!
The morning of check in guests will receive a custom door code to access their unit.
Check in is always 4:00 PM Central Time.

Description of property failed to mention that the home shares a common drive/area with 5-6 cottages. Home sits above a staff office/supply area used by staff too early in the morning which woke us up. And as you come and go you are "greeted" by at least 8 trash cans from all the other tenants on the property which are parked literally beside the home. Was good enough for what it was, but will not stay again.

House was as advertised. Property manager was responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would stay here again.

For the location this was a fine place to stay. The cleanliness could have been elevated (lots of dust, mildew smelling towels, bathrooms could have been much cleaner). The check out was easy and the location is great for the area.
