Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I always stay at Old Gatlinburg Place! Clean, well kept and friendly. The convenience too downtown is great. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy reservation process. Property fairly clean and neat, but very outdated and worn out. Some of the furniture was broken. The mattress was terrible and noisy! The linens were clean but stained. Whole condo needs renovating badly.
