To give some context to this review, I have owned large short-term beach rentals in the US for many years. First, let me say we had a fantastic time at Sunset Point. The location was literally the perfect spot in that area. We went right off the dock every day, multiple times per day, and just waded in the water. If the house were one lot over to the east, the tide would be higher (but still manageable). To the west, you are exposed to the views of sunbathers on Taylor Bay Beach. You really do have your own piece of paradise here.I could tell from walking around various areas of the house that this place takes a lot of upkeep. It's not easy for the owner to provide the quality level that they do. Kudos also go to Julian and his staff from Island Escapes, who is their management company. Although we didn't require them very much, when we did have a question, his response was immediate.The deck area is beautiful and nicely laid out. You can play music from a central location inside the house that goes not only to the main living area, but also to the pool area, which was huge for us and really set the tone for the vacation. It would have been nice to have speakers down on the sun deck where you go into the ocean, but really not a big deal. You'll notice in the reviews some comments about the place needing an update. It's not bad, but it could use a refresh. It didn't affect our stay. For the price, I think it was still well worth the money.

Beautiful home, great space for the family, Taylor Bay was perfect for the kids and Grace Bay was a short ride for day trips.

As the pictures and other guests described, the property is older but didn’t take away from the comfort, being well equipped, safe, and the view is fantastic. Property manager awesome. We would gladly return to this property!
