Welcome to HeartRock Homesite. Our cut flower farmette is stocked with modern comforts for all ages. An outdoor playground. Most folks that come end up simply wanting to stay due to the wow factor! We have 15 acres to roam, 6 friendly goats, and flowers bursting with colors all outside. Inside our beds are high end Novaform mattresses to give you guaranteed restful sleep. There truly is something for everyone. Have you ever heard the whippoorwill sing while watching the stars or grazed organic veggies amongst the morning dew or felt a seasoned sunset kiss your heart? Come on over, You'll be glad you did.

This house is perfect for a quiet getaway for family and friends. Go floating down the James River or go to Charlottesville to tour Monticello and come home to a peaceful mountain retreat. You can stay and just enjoy the property as well. Kim and Greg are great, and you can't beat the price.

The grounds, house , communicating with host was great. Did not realize the guest house was so close to big house rental. We did not have a problem. The grounds are absolutely stunning with flowers , rocks, ponds. Great for walks. Enjoyed the goats, and Bilbo the cat.

Beautiful place. Nice location, cute town close by. We did not find a traditional hot tub. They have a jet tub in one of the bathrooms. Six 6 adults slept comfortably. Lots of room to explore.
