This property was amazing. The host was attentive and helpful, everything was very clean, the location was great and the house had plenty of space and amenities. We loved our stay here!

Lovely property with lots of thoughtful spaces and supplies needed for the beach, kitchen, fire pit, and game room!

Great location, Rey close to beach and town. Nice long walk to light house. House is very clean and comfortably slept 12 of us for the weekend. Fire pit and backyard were perfect for our BBQ graduation celebration. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in York Beach, Maine. Franny and Luke were exceptional hosts—communicative, kind, and responsive from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. Franny was so accommodating when we realized we had left items behind and she did not hesitate to help out to arrange to get the items back to us. The home itself was gorgeous, tastefully decorated clean, neat, and peaceful—just the kind of place you want to come back to after a day out enjoying the beach. Great thought was put into accommodating the guests, such as sufficient kitchen wares, linens, beach chairs, games etc. The location was perfect, close to all the local beach activities, restaurants, and attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel relaxing and quiet. One of our favorite parts was the backyard fire pit. After a full day in the sun, it was the perfect spot to gather with family, unwind, and share stories under the stars. It really made the trip feel special. This was our 23rd year vacationing in York and one of the best places we have stayed! We’d definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in York Beach.
