Step through the front door and you're greeted by a bright open living space, with comfy furniture and a big TV. The deck is an gem, perfect for cozy outdoor dining or lounging. The master suite is a haven of tranquility with a private bathroom and sliding glass door with direct access to the deck. The 2nd bedroom is equally inviting and spacious, perfect for guests or home office, with the 2nd bathroom close by. And let's not forget the in unit laundry area with washer dryer or 1 car Garage!
All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.
The Complex is a coastal gated community with great amenities that include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, pool tables, ping pong, and a nice lounge to name a few. The grounds are well manicured with nice walking paths.

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a huge deck!
Primary bedroom has queen bed with private bath and television. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with bath down the hall. Dining table seats 6 easily. Living room has a comfy couch and chair with big screen Roku television, and direct access to deck. Deck has table, chairs and propane BBQ.
Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.
This is a minimum 30 night and a maximum 90 night stay. Guest will be required to complete an application prior to confirmation of reservation.

Our stay here was great. The ocean is 2 minutes away. Beach View was very attentive and always in touch. Any issue was resolved very quickly.

I was very disappointed that the pool was out of order. I was there last month and find out that the pool still is not done. This is very disturbing as a renter, I feel I have the right to complain about not having one of the facilities that i'm paying for.
