The King Suite boasts unparalleled bay views and has its own private entrance through the patio, a private en suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette complete with a microwave, toaster, mini fridge, & sink. The patio has a serene lounge area with seating facing the bay for coffee or dining. It offers everything anyone could possibly want for a luxurious, quiet, peaceful retreat to the Hamptons.
Guests have access to all shared spaces on the property exterior including the gunite pool, waterfall jacuzzi, extra wide grandfathered dock and bulkhead. There may be literally no better place to enjoy a breathtaking sunset.

Had a fun time 3 days at this property. Came with my mother for her birthday and she enjoyed it as well. The Property itself is worth every penny I paid. It really helps you unwind.The Mgt is awesome as well. They are thorough and professional. Great place for a weekend getaway. Will come again.

This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend.

The view alone is amazing. Both the inside and outside area were a great place to relax and unwind. The owners were there if needed anything and communication was always quick and easy.

My aunt and I stayed at this amazing property for a birthday getaway. It felt secluded, but was close enough to attractions! Michael and Brit had great suggestions on local vineyards and restaurants to check out & the masseuse they scheduled for us was divine! Highly recommend!! We’ll be back! Thanks for everything!
