The Space:
Nestled in the midst of tall pines just a mile from town and Lake Gregory, lies this snugly cabin. Featuring an open concept main floor with gorgeous wood ceilings, a brick fireplace, an updated kitchen, and a deck off the dining area. The main level also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a recently renovated bathroom. This well-appointed cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway!

***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS***
-Strict sound ordinance
-25 year age minimum for booking
-Pets allowed with approval and pet fee of $25 per pet per day
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.
-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number.
-30 night minimum
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
***WINTER WEATHER DISCLAIMER***
-The county requires all vehicles to have chains on board during the winter months
-The driveways and walkways will be cleared of snow for your arrival
-Salt and a shovel are provided for use throughout your stay
-Additional snow removal services available for an additional fee
-Snow is not guaranteed and refunds will not be provided if there is not snow
-The California mountain weather varies. All guests are responsible for checking road and weather conditions prior to their arrival. No refunds will be provided for normal winter mountain weather

These Oklahoma and Texas boys put the spurs in the snow storm and rode it to the ground. Great place to stay and great neighborhood!

We had a great stay at Dustin and Brianna's property. The cabin is exactly how listed, pictures were accurate and very clean. Both Dustin and Brianna were very quick in responding to any inquiries and accommodating! We stayed for two nights and it couldn't have gone better. Close to town and up the road was a supermarket that had everything we needed plus more. Would definitely consider staying here again. Great spot!

The property was not quite what we expected, based upon the photos. The lot is very steep with lots of stairs, so not really "dog friendly." The driveway is difficult to manage. The fact that we spotted a large bear (next door) on the first evening walk was rather inhibiting.
As for the cabin itself:
1) It does not have 3 bathrooms as stated (only 2)
2) The supplied bathroom linens were dingy/dirty white, too small, and insufficient (4 sets for 5 people). There were no kitchen towels so we had to use paper towels for everything.
3) The kitchen sink faucet is loose and needs repair.
4) The overall interior lighting is inadequate for anyone who wants to read.
5) While the unit does sleep six people, the dining table only seats 4. Since we were a family of 5 and the chairs are bar height, one person couldn't sit with us during meals.
6) The upstairs slider track needs oil or cleaning. We had to put stickers on the patio slider because our 6 year old ran into it face-first thinking it was open. A sticker on a slider is always a good risk management tool.
