You have full and private access to everything inside the beautifully designed condo.
This property is full of amenities, such as; a gym, rooftop patio, and pool (seasonal)! These amenities are shared with all other building occupants and there are rules that must be adhered to when in use.
Inside the unit, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every window has an amazing view. Whether you are sitting on the patio staring at the City horizon to the south or you are in the primary bedroom checking out the Mountains to the west, you have a view for days!
There is one underground assigned parking stall for your sole use. Additional parking will need to be off-site on the street ($) or at nearby paid parking lots ($$).
Pool is seasonal and dates are subject to change
The “sofa bed” is a futon (only option to select on the platform). It is very small and not suitable for a comfortable sleep for most adults.
Self Check-in Window: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM, please contact the host in advance so we can coordinate an alternative check-in option for you.

We had a pretty good stay, weather was not suitable for use of the pool or outdoor amenities so I cannot speak to that. It's in a great location if you're needing to be close to downtown/ saddle dome. Had the winds not been gusting to 90km/hr we likely would have walked to our event at the BMO centre everyday, to uber or cab to the location only cost about 10. I would say it comfortably sleeps 3. You'd have to be a small person or child to comfortably sleep on the couch. I will say the bed is quite hard, I personally prefer a soft mattress and didn’t sleep the best on the bed. My partner however loved the hard mattress. (Just prefrences, when booking I would definitely like to know the plushness of a mattress)
