It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. This tramway has a direct line to the airport.
The apartment is fully equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space good to live in.
Air conditioning is collective and managed by the building. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

This was a very nice place to spend a few days in Nice for one person. The kitchen had what you needed to make basic meals and it’s in a great location near several grocery stores, right by the beach, and the tram.
