Cozy waterfront 2/2 located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown, FL. Just a 15-minute boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing and swimming in nearby and/or visit the white beaches and shopping in St. Augustine only about an hour away. Waterfront canal fishing & swimming (see full description under amenity "pool"). Welcome to our happy place! Pets accepted with a fee. Larger group? We absolutely loved staying here. It was comfortable, clean and convenient for fishing or a day at the springs. This property had everything we needed for our stay and Denise was very communicative with everything and great to deal with. My family will definitely be back!

Home was perfect for what we needed. My son wasnt able to participate in going in the boat due to a broken ankle but the home was easily manageable for him to go to the dock and fish. No complaints perfect and quiet!!
