Our stay was comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable. Location was great.

This was our second stay at this property in 3 years. 8 nights this time. We love its location....Close to multiple beaches, close to Venice Island and access to the Legacy Bike Trail. The neighborhood seems old and quiet. We walked around everyday and felt comfortable. There are a lot of older homes and some newer. This house is one of the older ones. The house was not "dirty" by any means, but it was not spotless. It is well used and is in need of some updates. It is pet friendly and it is obvious dogs have been in the house a lot. The pool area is nice, but the outdoor furniture is due for replacment. Overall, its fit our needs for its location and we were OK with its shortcomings. If you are going to be out enjoying Venice and surronding areas, this is a great place to call home for a week.

Overall a great stay. Property is clean with several great bathroom showers. Centrally located to Downtown Venice and beaches which was a plus.

Great place. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was heated, kids loved it. Host was very easy to reach and made the process simple. Thanks again!

Vacation in Florida’s fascinating town of Venice. Its rich history and culture, along with its beautiful beaches and multiuse trails along the intracoastal are sure to make your stay memorable. After a fun day of exploring, come home to this updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home, located only 2.1 miles from Venice Beach. Enjoy the privacy of the lanai and the sparkling pool while dinner is being prepared on the grill.
