You, seeking for quietness, tranquillity, greenery, undulating landscapes, sunsets and sunrise right in your terrace. You, seeking for a nice base from which to visit prestigious places like the Abbey of Cluny, the Roche de Solutré, the Château de Cormatin, Paray-le-Monial... and taste the best wines in the cellars of Beaune, of the Mâconnais, the Beaujolais, going over the Green Path, the GR76, or go for a ride on Michel's tractor? Put down your luggage for a while at the « Gîte du Champ d'en haut », believe me, you won't regret it!

Enjoyable week. The house was ideal. Had everything needed and has good views over the countryside. Plenty to do nearby. Could have stayed longer.

The house was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was fenced and our big dog could move freely outside. From the house we could do some hiking daily, a whole variety of paths between the wide cattle grounds and patches of forest. Good for the dog: the cattle grounds are fenced by tight thorny bushes - no danger that our pointer would go for his own hunting adventure. Cluny and some other spots to visit are not far. If you are interested in more cultural sightseeing and visits, you have to drive a little farther. If you like the silence as we do, this is the right place to go!

The best house we have seen in Saone and Loire in the last 10 years! Great communication with homeowners, very friendly, super clean and very well equiped house and ground, great view, perfect for any person or group. Thank you very much, we had a great stay and will come back for shure!
