A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Spacious country house with swimming pool and garden for 11 people in Can Picafort, 1.5 km from the sandy beach.
Can Picafort is located in the north of Mallorca and is a paradise for beach and nature lovers. You can enjoy sandy beaches such as Son Bauló, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, play golf in Alcanada or visit the S' Albufera park. A car is recommended. Here, one can sit with a cocktail and a good book while the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.
Surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and 1 outdoor shower, the private 24m2 pool with a depth between 1.4 x 2 metres is the true protagonist of this property. The furnished 30 m2 porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decorative elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior. On the plot there are 2 buildings, the main house and the annex.
The porch provides access to the main house of 133 m2 and the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and much more. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Two bathrooms, with shower or bathtub as well as a washing machine and ironing board/iron are available. The bathroom with bathtub is on the first floor.

The villa was excellent, the only problem we had was getting into the town at night. No taxis knew where we where
the walk to town

We had an amazing stay thanks! Lots of room indoor & outdoor for 11 of us and the pool was a big standout. Monse was also friendly & easy to communicate with. Perfect place to stay for us, thank you!
