- Commercial vehicles, RV's, trailers, buses, golf carts, recreational vehicles or watercraft is not permitted at Windsor At Westside. There is a $50 fee violation.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

- Cost: $75 All Stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Place was good. Inside a resort had a swimming pool, lazy river and a nice water slide for kids. Some appliances needed to be upgraded or did not work properly. But overall it was a good location to stay. Me and my family stayed for 6 nights.

We were in town for Pop Warner Nationals with a team of 14 year old boys. This house served as base for 4 coaches. It was great forvour purpose. Close but out of the noise of Disney. Ckmfirtable and relatively clean. I would use this property again.

Inside of house was nice and was clean. However, prior guests left trash outside front door. I emailed property manager numerous times and called once but it didn't get picked up until we saw trash collector 4 days later and asked them to take it. Outlets in some bedrooms and kitchen did not work. Multiple breakers were tripped. I asked and was told by property manager that the kitchen was fully equipped. It was not. No large pots or pans, only very small ones, not sufficient for party of more than two. Sectional couch seemed old and was very uncomfortable. Had issues with neighbors continually being in our parking spot. Extremely noisy neighbors being outside until 2am or later, loud music, loud TV, and screaming and yelling, seemed like very thin windows and walls. Did not receive return email from management company as to where to leave gate pass. Management company was responsive before the trip but not during.
