You’ll be staying in a cozy and attractively furnished vacation apartment with a terrace.
A spacious living room with direct access to the southwest-facing terrace awaits you.
A separate bedroom is available to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The new kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and cutlery.
The apartment is available year-round.
I want you to have a pleasant stay with me, no matter what time of year it is.
The house is located in a quiet yet central residential area.
The distance to the beach and the popular promenade is only
about 800 meters.
You’re also just a short walk away from a wide variety of shopping options.
The bakery for fresh breakfast rolls is only a few minutes away.
The same goes for Kirchenstraße (pedestrian zone) with its interesting and diverse shops.
A free parking space is available on the property for your car.
You can securely lock your bicycles in a garage.
A coin-operated washing machine is available in the basement.
In the same building, I also offer a two-bedroom vacation apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine kleine, aber sehr schöne Terrasse. In der Ferienwohung war alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Standpunkt ist optimal. Ein kleiner gemütlicher Fußweg führte durch eine Einkaufsstrecke dirket zur Strandpromenade, die ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ist. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen in der schönen Stadt Grömitz.
