Escape to The Betsie River Cabin, a stunning four-season retreat nestled in a private, wooded setting along the serene Betsie River. Perfect for large groups planning a ski or snowmobiling trip, this 6-bedroom haven sleeps up to 18, featuring a spacious kids’ room, 2.5 baths, and an open floor plan designed for connection after a day hiking in the woods, fishing in the river or golfing at Crystal Mountain.
Inside: Warmth and Gathering
Gather your group and cozy up by the magnificent, stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The open floor plan ensures everyone stays connected. Whip up hearty meals in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the large dining table for a festive meal or game night.
Outside: Winter Wonderland
Step outside to your private riverfront oasis, now transformed into a magical, snow-dusted landscape. While the river slows, the fun doesn’t stop—enjoy peaceful walks, snowshoeing, or simply unwinding by the outdoor fire pit under the crisp, starry winter sky. Kids will still love the playset (snow permitting!) and available indoor games.

The cabin is perfectly situated for all the best Northern Michigan adventures:
* Crystal Mountain Resort (Just 4 miles!): Golfing or hit the slopes for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, or enjoy the full-service spa.
* Snowmobile Trails: Easy access to nearby trails for a day of exploring the Manistee National Forest.
* Iron Fish Distillery (1 mile away): Warm up with a tasting of locally crafted spirits.
* Frankfort & Lake Michigan (25 minutes): Take a scenic drive to enjoy the quiet, stunning beauty of the shoreline.
