Overall we had a good stay. A couple of things to note if you plan on booking this cabin. -Communication with the manager was excellent. -The location is good but I would not say it was "Downtown Gatlinburg". It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown. -While it technically sleeps 10 people, it's really setup for 6 comfortably. The downstairs sofa bed can't be opened up without moving the couch because of the pool table. -It's showing signs of wear and tear. It could use some updating.-The kitchen is well appointed but needs a lot more utensils.

Loved our stay! Close to everything - Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Even saw a bear during our stay!

My husband and I spent the week at this cabin while vacationing. The cabin was in a great location - close enough to downtown to be there in about 20 minutes. The check in process was so easy; just show up and put in your door code; easy peasy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with Hemlock again!

The host was great. The cabin was beautiful BUT couldn’t get the fireplace to work. The toilet in main bedroom - chain was broke so manually had to flush my pulling the chain everytime. The jacuzzi faucet wouldn’t work so had to manually do that ourselfs first night . The main TV in living room had no batteries for the remote so waited til new batteries was delivered by host .
