Water is heated by a Tankless Water Heater that never runs out of hot water!
*Other Unique Features of the Home include a Pool Table, 65" Smart TV, Freestanding Bar, Patio Dining, and Pass-Through Breakfast Bar that connects to the kitchen.
*Pool and Spa are spacious, heated year-round and located only 2 blocks away! The pool area has bathrooms, showers, lounge chairs, and a shaded trellis area with table and chairs.

*Kitchen is Fully-Stocked with all of the appliances and cookware needed for meal preparation and dining! Cherry Cabinets, Travertine Floors, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counters, a Breakfast Nook and Dimming Recessed Lights enhance your kitchen experience!
*Living Room features a Dining Table that can seat up to 12 Guests. Additional seats are available at the breakfast nook table, outside patio table and folding table and chairs. Cyndi was extremely nice and was easy to reach before, during, and after our stay.The house was clean and spacious with all listed amenities. The neighborhood and neighbors were pleasant. No qualms about our stay, their were some minor drywall dings and cosmetic defects on the property but Cyndi was aware of them when we brought them up, so their were no issues!Would highly recommend staying here if you need to rent a house for your next California adventure!

It was a nice stay! I thought the pool was at the house but it was a community pool/hot tub down the street. The house was clean and well kept. Perfect for our family weekend! Host was awesome!

This house is hosted by a great person in a great location with close proximity to several amazing amenities. We would absolutely rent again here or any other of her properties.
