Sweet beach cottage with all the charm of yesteryear with the bells & whistles of today. Completely remodeled with hardwood floors, updated fully stocked kitchen with quartz counters and new appliances, gorgeous remodeled bathroom, dual-pane vinyl windows, and HUGE entertaining decks. BONUS room is perfect place for kids or parents to hang out and relax. Front deck has white water views to the jetty and the back patio is perfect for private entertaining. Just a block to Dog Beach and minutes to restaurants, shopping & nightlife. Private laundry & off-street parking. Only 5 properties away from the sandy beach. You can't beat this location or charm for your next vacation!

The house was perfect for my wife and our daughter. It is in close proximity to plenty of restaurants, and most importantly, a few steps from the beach. We will definitely be back.

The property is super cute and close to the beach. It had everything we needed, and more! From the "shark bed" for my son, to the pet relief area in the back for the dogs, to the outdoor shower and even beach storage area out back, it really had it all. There's even a market right around the corner and downtown OB is just a short walk away.

Everything was amazing, apart from one day we came back from the beach and the lockbox was left open (we had left it closed and thank goodness we took the physical key with us) and we contacted the owner of the property via the app and they responded via phone call 6 hours later saying sorry they forgot we were there- they have multiple properties and wanted to check in on everything. Since then never heard anything checking in on us, we are comfortable in the neighborhood but it’s still a city and we don’t know the owners. Didn’t feel as safe since that day, and no extra accommodations were offered or discounts because of the mishap - which is disappointing as well. Also screen doors don’t have grates on them, so that added to the lack of safety. Property is gorgeous outside
