The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a large closet. Second Bedroom consists of 1 full bed, air conditioning, large closet, secondary bathroom in the main hallway, a mezzanine with a sofa bed. In the main room or living room we have high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV and air conditioning, sofa bed.

We supply a pick-up system to and from the airport for an extra cost. To move to many places and services you can walk, taxi services or the famous motorcycle taxi (cheaper).

We can recommend local taxi companies and also home delivery services for groceries, pharmacy and other services.

- Golf cart rental upon request, the price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days.



- The original capacity of the property is 6 people, but we allow a fifth for an additional cost of US$25 per day.



- We charge a security deposit of US$250 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to the property.
