This lovely newly renovated holiday home is located in the heart of Malaga and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy your city break in Malaga close to both the city and the beach.
The 100m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and parking, should you need it.
The home offers a large, nice, bright living room with a kitchen with all accessories, a dining table for 4 people, a nice sofa and armchair as well as a large smart TV and a toilet.
The property offers two bedrooms with en-suites. One bathroom offers a bathtub and both bedrooms have double beds of 180x200 cm.
We offer Internet and Aircon and it is also a desk in case you have to combine your holiday with a little work.

Seamless process from booking to handover. The apartment was beautiful in all respects including the location, secure entry/exit, furnishings and superbly equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent at the apartment Lilou and would not hesitate to recommend this to others. We also hope to return again at some point in the future.

The apartment is large - 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, powder room, living and dining space plus a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Location is excellent - a short walk to the market and a number of restaurants. A little further is the port, beaches and many historic sites.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with everything you could need. It is in an excellent location with grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. It was in a quiet location which was a bonus. The property also had car parking for an additional fee which made it very convenient. If we go back we hope to stay there again.
