The place is clean and well-maintained, and very cozy. Space is very tight for more than two guests, and the beds are not the best, but we've very much enjoyed our stays nonetheless.
Thank you!

The apartment was as described and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to quite a few good spots!

I throughly enjoyed my stay.
The location was close enough to 2 stations so there were plenty of route options.
All necessary amenities were provided for convenience.
Most importantly it was clean!
I’d stay again next time visiting Kyoto.

The property is a nice size for one person and conveniently priced. A shame that the decor is ruined by trying to fit in as many people as possible as it would look really nice with proper furniture. The sofas/mattresses are not exactly comfortable and make TV viewing something of a challenge, but I guess you can put up with it for a few days. Quite noisy as it's right by the road and freight trains are passing just across the road. Easy to reach but not exactly central and not much in terms of shops/restaurants nearby. Still there is a nice weekend market in the park down the road and the train museum and acquarium make for a good destination on a rainy day.
