With multiple seating areas, all can share the space either inside or out on the covered balcony with built-in grill. The den has two modern large sofas and two oversized chairs open to a dining area for seven and large kitchen and island with additional seating for four. A master suite with a king-sized bed, plush bedding and master bath is located on the third floor, providing a lovely, quiet refuge with breathtaking views. An additional guest can be accommodated in a loft area with sleeper sofa outside the master suite.

Spend your days on the property at the beautiful, community infinity pools just steps away, or head to the beach, just across the street, via private beach access accessible with a remote key fob. An on-site shed houses beach toys, beach wagon and a two-seater kayak with life jackets. Please note, there is parking for two - three vehicles only (depending on size).
