The 51 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, usis203, at Inselstrand on Usedom can accommodate up to 3 people. Particularly noteworthy are its excellent location right by the beach access and its covered terrace; here you can enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea climate and the view of the greenery all day long.
The location
This cozy vacation rental is situated on the southeast-facing first floor of Building 2 in the Inselstrand complex. The beach and the Baltic Sea are practically right on your doorstep—just 50 meters away you’ll find the promenade, the fine-sand beach stretching for kilometers, and Germany’s oldest pier, which has served as a film set on multiple occasions. The surrounding area offers numerous options for day trips, and just a few steps away you’ll find a variety of shopping options, small shops, restaurants, and cafés.
Amenities This non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, a 4-burner electric stove and oven, as well as a cozy living-dining area. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and a sleeper sofa.
The separate bedroom features a double bed and another flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror, as well as a heated towel rack. Die Wohnung ist noch immer in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Betreuung ist leider in Heringsdorf.
Bei der Schlüsselabgabe wäre es gut, wenn man vor Ort die Schlüssel in einen Briefkasten stecken könnte. Somit muss man nicht unbedingt von Ahlbeck noch nach Heringsdorf fahren.
Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die gute Lage der Wohnung. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand und so gut zu erreichen. Vorallem auch der Brötchenservice ist super. Schön, das man ohne lange "Bäckerschlange" früh seine bestellten Brötchen bekommt. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener, sehr schöner Urlaub. Super!!!!

Die FeWo ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Zu Recht trägt diese Wohung die Auszeichnung (Urkunde an der Wand), die 2012 vergeben wurde.
