Your garden paradise between Lake Constance, vineyards, and orchards
Arrive. Breathe. Unwind.
A peaceful, family-friendly garden retreat by Lake Constance – perfect for cycling holidays or relaxing days for two (on request, for three), close to Meersburg, Salem, and Konstanz.
Look forward to an exceptionally clean, well-kept apartment. Thanks to its basement location, it stays pleasantly cool even on warm days.
Right outside your door is your private terrace for your exclusive use. In the rear garden, a private sun terrace also awaits you. The rest of the garden is shared and offers many quiet spots to relax among roses and blooming plants – with a large climbing and play area, mud kitchen, sandbox, and swing, it’s also a little paradise for children. Enjoy a cozy barbecue in the evening or help yourselves in summer to fresh herbs, tomatoes, and berries at no extra cost.
What awaits you:
- Private entrance with self-check-in (access via steps from parking)
- Kitchen with dishwasher & oven, complimentary coffee & tea
- High-speed Wi-Fi, desk for mobile office – quiet for working
- Covered bike storage with e-bike charging
- Free parking at the house
- EV charging on site (by arrangement)
- Up to 3 guests welcome by prior arrangement
- Restaurant & shops within walking distance, bus/train connections
Guests especially appreciate the cleanliness, quiet location, and easy communication with us as hosts. We live on site and are happy to give you personal tips for excursions and bike tours around Lake Constance.
Powered by heat pump, photovoltaics, and 100% green electricity.
We look forward to welcoming you!

Liebe Grüße aus Köln
