This house with blue shutters in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île opens its doors to you for a family stay. It can accommodate 6 people and offers you an ideal outdoor space to make the most of your holiday. Its covered terrace will allow you to enjoy good grilled food in a shaded spot whilst enjoying the island air. Then, you will discover a large space where you can enjoy sunbathing, grilling or a good cup of coffee.
The living room welcomes you in a family atmosphere. Its wooden ceiling and tiled floor make it a warm place. You will find a lounge area with a large bay window, ideal for a board game or a film in front of the television. Then, you will discover the dining room space for your gatherings with loved ones. Finally, behind the bar, the kitchen, where you can prepare good meals, is very well equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms with double beds welcome you for the night. Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms, each with a single bed.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal, as well as an independent toilet and a toilet in a bathroom.
For even greater convenience, the accommodation has a hairdryer, washing machine, barbecue, iron, ironing board and two parking spaces for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 900 m from the sandy beach "des Sableaux"
- 850 m from the restaurant "Le Grand Four"
- 900 m from the restaurant "L'Envol"
- 1 km from the "Marché de Noirmoutier-en-l'Île"
