This recently renovated home, Palmetto Cottage, is just a one-minute walk to the beach, nestled in the private and prestigious Destin Pointe community. Enjoy a true coastal escape with stunning Gulf and East Pass views—and unforgettable sunsets—from any of the three spacious, fully furnished decks.

Inside, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with private outdoor access and bathrooms (with the exception of the bunk room). The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity, and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms include king and double beds, both with smart TVs, ample closet space, and private decks. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a twin-over-queen bunk bed, an additional twin rollaway, smart TVs in each bunk, and a larger TV for gaming. A queen air mattress is also available for extra sleeping space.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, complete with a food processor, Crock-Pots, French press, coffee grinder, Keurig, and a wine/beverage fridge. After a day at the beach, relax in the open living area featuring sweeping Gulf views and a 65-inch smart TV for movie nights.

Guests will love the extensive beach setup and recreation gear provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, kayaks, paddleboards, life vests, beach carts, toys, and games—plus plenty of indoor entertainment like board games, cards, poker chips, and puzzles.

In addition to the private amenities, residents of Destin Pointe enjoy access to a variety of resort-style community features. Take a refreshing dip in one of three resort pools, each offering a relaxing escape from the coastal sun. Explore the scenic surroundings with complimentary adult bikes, perfect for leisurely rides along the community’s winding paths.

Guests can also enjoy newly refinished tennis and pickleball courts, ideal for both casual play and friendly competition.
