This cute one bedroom condo is on the third floor with pool and ocean views at this ocean front complex. It has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, bath and flooring. It has a a king sized bed and hide-a-bed in the living room for additional family members or friends. We have a great split a/c system, which is rare to find in condos on Alii Drive. We put in new d/c fans, carpet, blinds, louvered windows and sliding door. Enjoy great views overlooking the pool and the ocean from this nice sized lanai where you can enjoy dining or relaxing morning to night. We have a smart tv, so if you have a Netflix, Amazon or other account, you can enjoy special movies. We have it stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling supplies. Enjoy the heated pool with rinse off shower, restrooms and a sheltered library with shared books. There is a gate down by the ocean to go down on the rocks and catch a fish for dinner.
