It has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 50 m². Wi-Fi (temporary 4G Wi-Fi dongle), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
