It looked to be recently updated from the outside. Inside was very well taken care of, and clean. It was clean enough that i felt confident to let my baby crawl on the flour and play. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay along with our 4 children. The view was everything i had hped it would be. Thank you for hosting us

The stay was fabulous! The views, incredible. The cabin was nice and cozy and clean! Very nice. I did not like the drive way but such is life in the mountains! Overall, super stay, thank you.

Property was ok. Cozy Cabins mgt is however in my opinion failing the owners by not making sure that home was as clean as it could be. They do however make sure to inform you that on top of your cleaning fee, you will be charged $25 if you do not wash every dish and put away. As well as $25 if trash is not taken out. Again on top of a cleaning fee. Did i do these things, of course. I find it offensive for mgmt to not follow thru on their end however to make sure all dishes were clean upon our arrival, they were not. Also, spider webs on most of the lighting as well as several dead bugs in the lamp they have placed over the dining table.
We loved Ruidoso and the activities..tubing, horseback riding in the snow.
But, coming back in March, we will not rent thru Cozy Cabins.
