✨ ASK ABOUT PRIVATE EVENTS
NOW OPEN — This is a private residence. You’ll have the entire property to yourself. Construction is complete.
Step through the courtyard and be transported into a world of atmosphere, style, and excitement. Perfect for groups looking to gather and celebrate, enjoy time in the speakeasy lounge, sing karaoke, shoot pool in the billiards room, relax on the sky deck while watching volleyball below, or open the glass garage doors to the street and take in the energy of the neighborhood.
Throughout the space, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, rustic barnwood floors, themed rooms, and exceptional high-end finishes everywhere.
You have access to it all.
The property is entirely yours to enjoy, and we’re always available if you need anything. Your entry code and arrival instructions will be sent approximately one day prior to check-in.
Location truly sets The Highball apart. Situated at the west edge of the Highlands, near NuLu and downtown, you’re moments from restaurants, bars, shopping, distilleries, museums, and more — all right at your fingertips.
🚗 Driving in? No problem. Guests enjoy access to a HUGE private parking lot behind the building. That said, Uber and Lyft are highly recommended — and many local favorites are easily walkable.
And because details matter… 🧊
Yes, we have three types of ice. The main house refrigerator produces standard ice cubes and ice balls for bourbon, plus a separate dedicated ice maker.

This property is in a great location, with great space, parking, and beautifully decorated and clean! The indoor/outdoor space was a huge hit with our group! Awesome rental and I would definitely return!

Location was great and the rooms were very accommodating. As we were in Louisville touring the Bourbon Trail not a lot of time was spent in the unit, regardless our family found the unit worked well for all our needs.
I’d recommend this unit

This is the best rental property I have stayed at for an adults weekend. We had 16 guys for a bachelor party, house was in great condition and so much space to hang out. Would 100% recommend to any large group and will try to rebook if ever in Louisville with a large group.
