Twin Sails is your charming harbor-side escape on Atlantic Ave, just moments from Wells Beach. Sunlight fills the space through expansive windows, offering stunning views of the harbor throughout the day. A cozy loft with low ceilings provides additional sleeping space, featuring both a twin and a full mattress—perfect for kids or extra guests. Step out onto the deck to grill, unwind with a drink, or watch the colors of sunset reflect across the water. During low tide, enjoy access to your own private stretch of beach—ideal for reading, relaxing, and soaking in the ocean breeze. Linens are provided for your stay.
Please note that the fireplaces are decorative only and cannot be used, and propane refills for the grill are not included.

Clean, comfortable & awesome location!

The backdeck umbrella was broken, the grill was not usable because it was dirty, the dishwasher was broken for half of our stay, the outside trash receptacle was too small and did not have a cover. Trash from the last guest filled the container for the first three days of our stay.
