The decor is modern but comfortable, including two smart TV`s, central AC, a full breakfast/dining area for 4 people, water cooler, and a large 130 square foot balcony with two lounge chairs and a hanging hammock chair. The balcony is roofed to protect you from the elements and with romantic lighting for late nights or sunsets. This unit is on the 13th floor and is unique to the rest of the buildings because of its high ceilings. The bathroom is modern with surrounding floor to ceiling tempered glass, toiletries and bathrobes.

The nearest grocery store is 2 blocks away. Banks, hospitals, and most of the cities points of interest are within a 10 minute drive.

The front gate can help call you a cab. Uber is also an option. The nearest public bus stop is 3 blocks away.

*** There is a 2nd tower under construction next door. Most guests have not found it bothersome but everyone`s noise tolerance level is different. Please take this into consideration before booking.

Per HOA rules, guests staying at the condo can only have 2 guests visit during the day and they must leave by 10:00 pm. All guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance with the front gate security team.
