Great location! This place was near the beach & close to the hotel where we had an event. It was super convenient for us. The property had some wear & tear. It did not feel very clean and felt pretty old. Some of the people in our group compared it to their old college houses. It was also extremely hot & humid when we first arrived causing the house to smell like wet dog. Luckily our group is laid back and has low expectations. If that weren’t the case, we probably would have had some more complaints.

This place was simply perfect for us and you cannot beat the location if you are wanting to be in the Redondo Beach area. Kitchen is well stocked, which we had an opportunity to utilize several times. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The area feels very safe and I had no problem feeling comfortable enough to walk by myself at dark the the nearby place to get supplies. Central location was very perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Were meet by the host in the unit after she said it was good to check in. Was confused on who we were and thought we had a baby with us that she was trying to set up a high chair for. We did not have a baby but she continued to ask if I was sure? Parking was not a guarantee due to fighting with the neighbors. Was asked to “ not say anything to the neighbors about being a rental.
