It says around 15-20 mn from the Palais des Festival. If you are going for business and want a calm area, this is a good, clean and well equiped place to stay.

Small but excellent apartment, with a cozy terrace. The apartment is after renovation, fully equipped with appliances and a very comfortable bathroom. Suitable for both short and long stays. Christian and Nina are always very friendly. Will definitely come back here again.
