The nearest station is Atocha, and in just 5 minutes you’ll be near the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Retiro Park, the Royal Botanical Garden, and the sculptural ensembles at the Neptune, Cibeles, and Apollo fountains. In 5–10 minutes by changing trains, you’ll be at Sol Station in the center of Madrid, near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.For shopping and tapas. The apartment is located in a quiet, multicultural working-class neighborhood with all amenities: grocery stores, fruit stands, Galería Alimentación, a market,Ahorramas, Día, tobacco shops, pharmacies, hair salons, a police station, and a church—all within walking distance. It’s also close to the South Bus Station, just 1,100 meters away (a 10-minute walk), etc. The house has a very positive vibe.It has a private entrance off the street with hardly any noise. A quiet area with easy parking (no ORA restrictions), located between M-30 and M-40, with quick access to both roads. A nearby park is just 70 meters away, offering unique views of all of Madrid.
