Boasting one of the best locations in Arenal d'en Castell, this villa is the ultimate relaxing escape on Menorca’s wild north coast. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be won over by its old-style white-washed stucco walls, terracotta-tiled roofs, and white shutters, radiating authentic Spanish charm. Backed by enticing views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, it will be hard to leave this little piece of Spanish paradise.
The interiors are just as impressive, with a cool white colour scheme decorated with vibrant splashes of colour from the contemporary art and bold décor. The kitchen holds onto its traditional Spanish character, with antique wooden cabinetry and classic tiled walls creating a snug cooking area. The lounge and dining rooms merge together to create a bright and open living space, with colourful sofas and a flat-screen TV, which makes the room feel comfy and relaxed. With four spacious bedrooms designed with a minimalist style and three beautifully tiled bathrooms, Villa Arenal is the ideal size for a family getaway.
The best feature? It has to be the sun-kissed terrace adorned with beautiful decorative tiling. With a generous outdoor swimming pool, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful spot for that afternoon swim.  With games galore, there’s a pool table and a table tennis set that will be sure to keep the whole family busy. A shaded dining table set and a brick-built barbecue create the ideal setting to enjoy dinner al fresco. For the best views, head to the front porch, where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst overlooking the beautiful Arenal coastline.
Located within the family-friendly resort of Arenal d’en Castell, Villa Arenal is within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants. Steps to access the beach are only a stone's throw away, ideal for those who wish to enjoy their holiday without the fuss of a car. Its horseshoe-shaped bay is complemented with soft sand and calm, shallow waters, making this small resort a great option for those travelling with children. If you’re an avid golf fan, take a swing at the championship course in nearby Son Parc.
*Please note, although this is a ground floor property, there are approximately 12 steps to access the villa and a number of steps inside to access bedroom one, a shower room and the terrace.
