House was as described. Perfect for our multi-generational family. Our 80 year old parents were able to stay on the first floor. Close proximity to downtown and the museums. We plan to stay here again next year as well.

The communication was great. The host was very courteous and helpful. The place met all our expectations. I would book again with this hotel.

Place was great but there is a train that goes by during the night and unfortunately blasts its horn at the crossings. I did contact the host after our stay to touch base on that and a bed that was broken when we arrived but did not receive any response after several attempts. If you are a sound sleeper the place and location are great!

The host was fantastic and quick to respond to all messages we sent leading up to, and during our stay. The location is in an area that is up and coming. Very close to VCU and access to the highways. There is a MicroBrewery a very short walk away that has some great beer. The house shares a wall with another unit, but we did not hear anything from the other side. This unit is very spacious, with tons of room for us and our boys. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made things very convenient. We would stay here again in the future.
