Spacious one-bedroom basement suite with a private self check-in entrance. Designed for your comfort and convenience, this suite is situated in the serene and friendly Harbour Landing neighborhood of Regina. It's within walking distance to Walmart and numerous restaurants, just a 5-minute drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from the city center. Enjoy nearby walking paths and a play park perfect for pets and children. The suite also includes free garage and street parking.
The space
The suite has a private entrance. Once you complete self-check-in, you'll be welcomed by a lovely ambiance. To the right of the door is a dedicated wardrobe for your jackets. Down the staircase, you'll find a spacious living area, perfect for kids and pets. Beyond the living space are the kitchen and dining areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Next to the dining area is the private bedroom, which includes an ensuite bathroom, a dedicated workspace, and a wardrobe. After a day's activities, you can rest on the cozy queen bed. These features and more are available to provide excellent value for your money

The space was as advertised, and met our needs.We appreciated having the garage. Couldn't figure out the TV, but we spent so little time at the suite that it wasn't an issue.

Host was helpful and welcoming.Everything was clean and in good working condition, extra touches were nice, air fresheners, coffee, bottle water and other things that were thoughtful and considerate. Location was also great close to stores, restaurants and trails. We would stay again. Thank you super host!

Our day was fantastic space as is advertised. The location was perfect with a very short drive to shopping and other amenities. Parking was fine parked on the street in front of the unit as I took my truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage, which was not a problem.
