The property has a great location and is a brief walk to the beach. Beautiful Sunsets from the apartment.
In terms of improvement, I would suggest a new lock for the front door.

Roomy, clean, well equipped. Great location across from the beach and close to Peniche. A bit sterile though; need wall hangings to warm the place up a bit.
