The room was clean and simple, all we needed for a stay where we were out and about the vast majority of the day. The kitchenette came complete with a microwave, dishes, and even an air fryer which was greatly appreciated. Especially the water filter we could put into the fridge to get really cold water.
My only complaint was the chicken that apparently roosted somewhere near our building and would scream at all hours of the day and night.

I travel OFTEN to Hilo and by far this place over exceeded my expectations! So convenient and ALL the comforts of home! Great place and a great value! Will be back!

We were only there during the night. We didn’t use a lot of the amenities there, but it was very hot. The AC vent was meant to go outside which meant we had to leave the sliding door open. We didn’t feel safe doing that, so we slept in the heat. The cleanliness could be improved. Stains on the walls, dirty shower curtain liner, and dust almost everywhere in the unit. It was more visible on the ceiling fan.
