The house was clean and comfortable, and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. The laundry room was fine. The kitchen was well equipped.

This place fit our needs while we were in Murfreesboro for a baseball tournament. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood where the neighbors were friendly. There was a little hiccup when we first arrived, but the property manager was quick to respond, take care of it and make it right. This house is located close to stores which we frequented to buy groceries to cook and eat, and also many landmarks to visit (also not too far from Nashville). We really enjoyed our time and would stay here again if we ever found ourselves coming back down to that area.

The house is nice, was very clean. While the WiFi worked, none of the TVs worked in that they couldn’t connect to the cable service. We stayed during NCAA March Madness and ended up having to go spend 40 on Roku devices so we could watch the tournament. Nice location, but a very crowded neighborhood and there is a train close enough to be audible. Overall, ok but just a little pricey for what you’re getting.

The home was in good condition. We found most things that we needed were available. The master bedroom bed is very hard but the other 2 bedrooms had good reviews from our family members. We gave the host some tips to help their guests feel more at home. It felt a little high priced for what we recieved, but that may just be the area. It was super close to the expo center, which is what we needed. Having a nice dining table and chairs was a plus. The HVAC was a real plus. Having a washer and dryer with soap for the clothes washer was a home run. More spices, soaps/conditioner/shampoo in the bathroom is a needed add. So for now, if you choose this location, bring spices if you want more than salt & pepper, and bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There are plenty of blankets but maybe also bring your favoite pillow.
