Host was quick to respond and helpful.

Ruben was great. I ended up arriving earlier than what I had told him but he quickly made the room ready. And when I asked if there was a hair dryer in the unit, he quickly brought one for us. Ruben was great and friendly. The only thing is there’s only street parking. If you arrive late, you’d need to circle around to find a spot.

It's obvious the host is thoughtfully thinking of the guests' experiences. Everything was clean and ammenities prioritized our convenience. There was just a smelly futon that maybe needs to be replaced, and the neighborhood is dark and desolate at night so the back door could use a reenforced lock to feel even safer.
