Waterfront dream home with incredibly views of Santa Rosa sound. This fully renovated, private beach house features an open floor plan where you can spend time with the whole family, while enjoying the panorama. Catch the sunrise from the top balcony outside of the master bedroom. Watch for dolphins from your lounge chair on your private beach during the day. Take the kayak out for paddle in the ocean. Enjoy a sunset walk on the private dock. Star gaze from the huge deck in the evening.

This was a wonderful rental for 10 adults. Loved the location and the private pier. Enjoyed the beach area, but water is hot in daytime. Very close to beaches tho.

This was an amazing place, and we had a blast! Came to town for our best friend’s wedding and had 9 total people and it accommodated perfectly! Where it is located is super convenient to everything!!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home, clear communication, and all around easy booking. The home had all the essential items and more that you could think of to enjoy the stay. I would stay at this property again.

This house is pretty convenient to everything we wanted and needed. We loved the garage area and provided outdoor toys. The large kitchen worked great for our crew of 11. The master bathroom is wonderful! We enjoyed feeding the sweet squirrel who visited the back deck…kayaking & playing in the water…plus fishing off the pier. It was also the perfect spot for our funny ghost photo shoot! There were a couple of issues but the owner was very nice and communicated well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and would book here again!
