Good location and great house for visiting with friends on a trip

The location is great to get anywhere you want to go in Belle Vista. We are not big bikers, so being right next door to the bike trails was not a big draw for us, but our kids would have loved it. Maybe back in the future for more golfing.

The home was nice and as represented. We did have two issues:The owner keeps his vehicle in the garage so it is not available to use. We had our bicycles with us and had planned on placing them in the garage to prep for the weekend race. That was not disclosed until the check in email was sent. The check in email did not send for some technical reason explained by the hosting organization. I had to reach out and request the information (about an hour after check in time). They were immediately responsive and we no problems after that. But since they don't get you the key code until 10 minutes prior to check in (according to the site) this doesn't allow you to plan ahead and then when a glitch happens, it creates a bit more of a panic.I would suggest giving the renter that information earlier so they can plan better.

This property was a perfect place for our first time in Bella Vista. It accommodated everything we needed for our bike trip and was very cozy.
