Apartment located in the historic centre of Venice, just 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge and 300 metres from St. Mark's Square, the most exclusive location in all of Venice. The accommodation is situated on "Mercerie" street, renowned for its high-end shops and restaurants next to the "Church of San Salvador". The apartment consists of a first floor with kitchen and living room, a second floor with a double bedroom and bathroom, and a third floor with two additional rooms (one double and one single). Upon request, 3 additional beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

This apartment is in a fantastic location! We loved being so close to San Marco's and Rialto, with shops and restaurants all around. Having a representative meet us at the vaporetto stop worked so well and she was so helpful. There are some stairs to get into the apartment and then the apartment itself is spread over 3 floors (kitchen, dining, and living room on floor 1, 1 bedroom and bath on floor 2, and 2 bedrooms on floor 3. My parents who are in their 80s were able to manage just fine, and the whole apartment is very spacious and comfortable! It was a great place to stay while exploring Venice!

The location of this site is fantastic! We really enjoyed staying in the midst of the stores and restaurants in the San Marco area. We did have some issues with the shower and the air condition. If fixed this site really couldn't be beat!

It would have been better to communicate .. found 3 issues - lift is not working, dryer is not working .. no hot water for 1 day, guy came and fixed hot water issue after a day
