Nestled in a prime location, it boasts a large backyard adorned with a stone firepit and a luxurious hot tub, providing the perfect setting for relaxation throughout all seasons. From this vantage point, you can enjoy picturesque views of South Peak and Little Coolidge Mountain, adding to the overall tranquility.
Indoors, you'll discover a plethora of entertainment options to suit every taste. The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of linen. The kitchen has everything you need. The shower was hot and water pressure perfect. The kids loved the gameroom. The mom LOVED the hot tub. The location is superburb. Will definitely come back in winter for skiing.

Wow!! What an amazing vacation home to stay at!! Much more grand than on the listing! It is impeccably clean and fresh! Amazing views of the mountains all around and its located on a very private street. The game room was so cozy and fun, truly unforgettable! We also enjoyed the beautifully big backyard, hammock and fire pit included! We loved every minute spent at your luxury place and brought so much joy to my children! We hope to be back next summer!

Brett’s house was outstanding! Definitely a repeat:)
Beautifully clean and welcoming, very tastefully decorated and smartly thought out.
The game room was amazing, bikes were a great bonus, we loved the fire pit and loved the hot tub!
Brett was very responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with and thought of every detail including a bike pump:)
I would give it 10 star review:)

We stayed at Brett’s house for a quick trip to Loon Mountain which is less than a 5 minute drive. The house was easy to get into, clean, and recently renovated. The house had lots of fun games for the kids and we enjoyed the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.
