This elevated first-floor, end-unit condo offers a relaxed, easy-access beach stay just a short walk from the sand. Make yourself at home in our open concept kitchen with full amenities. A complete set of cooking utensils, a dining table, island, and top-notch appliances – full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional features include a blender, toaster, coffee pot & Keurig for your convenience.
Living Room:
Relax in the cozy living room furnished with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an assortment of board games.
Bedroom:
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on the queen-size bed in the tastefully decorated bedroom. The room also features a smart TV, dresser, and luggage racks for your comfort and convenience.
Some Extras:
For a stress-free vacation, we provide essentials like kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, pot holders, bath tissues, face tissue, and soap. Note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
*Linens and towels are provided; please keep them within the condo as there is no housekeeping, towel, or linen service during your stay.
Other things to note
Due to severe allergies, we are currently unable to accommodate service/assistance animals. Please also note that the resort enforces a strict no-animal policy. There will be a $300 fee per day if the pet policy is broken! Additionally, eBikes are not permitted on the property.

This condo was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. It is close to the beach and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this condo. The hosts are wonderful and communication was easy throughout the trip. A great place to stay!

This place suited us two 'Senior people' just perfectly. It was close to the beach (a 5 minute walk), accessible by the Boardwalk, & was also close to the Tennis & Pickleball Courts. It was also just a short walk to the building which housed the Reception Area & also the Sports Bar & Restaurant/Pizza place. There is also a Bike Rental on site, too. This Unit was EXACTLY as pictured & was pretty much spotless when we checked in. It is quite 'compact' but had everything 2 (+) people needed. It was well-stocked with everything for the Kitchen & Bedroom, plus Linens for the Pull-out Sofa Bed, which we did not use. Imo, the unit would be a bit tight for 4 Adults staying there, but was perfect for 2. The Owners were very reachable when need be, quickly responding & solving any issue that may rise up. The Laundry Facility is down the Hallway & costs $3.00 wash + $3.00 dry. We were there for 30 nights, so the place just felt like 'home' to us. This unit is on the elevated ground level (parking lot view), but it is in a very quiet (albeit quite large) Resort, with no parties etc. past 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, when we were there (February 19/March 18, 2024) they had unseasonably cold weather, so the very large Pool was not swimmable as it is NOT HEATED! We were disappointed, unfortunately. This Complex should definately heat the Pool for even just 2 short months, as many Snowbirds would appreciate it. All in all, you can't go wrong staying here for an enjoyable time in Hilton Head!~~
